Expressing the support of the House of Representatives for the priorities and goals of Executive Order 13443.

To amend section 805 of the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act to provide for a lifetime pass for access to Federal recreational lands and waters, and for other purposes.

To resolve title issues involving real property and equipment acquired using funds provided under the Alaska Kiln Drying Grant Program.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that the national parks, national forests, and public lands and waters of the United States contribute greatly to the economic and physical well-being of Americans and can be further improved by public-private partnerships.

Expressing the support of the House of Representatives for the priorities and goals of Executive Order 13443.

Supporting the designation of the year of 2015 as the International Year of Soils and supporting locally led soil conservation.

To amend the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act to provide free admission to Federal recreational lands and waters for children 17 years of age and younger on their birthday, and for other purposes.

To amend chapter 2003 of title 54, United States Code, to fund the Land and Water Conservation Fund and provide for the use of such funds, and for other purposes.

To authorize the purchase of a small parcel of Natural Resources Conservation Service property in Riverside, California, by the Riverside Corona Resource Conservation District, and for other purposes.

To resolve title issues involving real property and equipment acquired using funds provided under the Alaska Kiln Drying Grant Program.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that in order to better understand water availability, sustainability, and security at a national scale, the United States should prioritize the assessment of the quality and quantity of surface water and groundwater resources, and produce a national water census with the same sense of urgency that was incorporated in the "Man on the Moon" project to address the inevitable challenges of "Peak Water".

To require that hunting activities be a land use in all management plans for Federal land under the jurisdiction of the Secretary of the Interior or the Secretary of Agriculture to the extent that such use is not clearly incompatible with the purposes for which the Federal land is managed, and for other purposes.

To prohibit funding of the Rural Utilities Service High Energy Cost Grant Program.

To provide for the conveyance of a small parcel of National Forest System land in Pound, Virginia.

To require the Forest Service to accommodate, to the extent consistent with the management objectives and limitations applicable to the National Forest System lands at issue, individuals with mobility disabilities who need to use a power-driven mobility device for reasonable access to such lands.

To amend the Healthy Forests Restoration Act of 2003 to promote timely emergency rehabilitation and restoration of Federal forest land impacted by catastrophic events, to redirect for a 5-year period funding normally made available for land acquisition to mechanical forest treatment and salvage operations due to catastrophic events, and for other purposes.

To limit restrictions on deer hunting within the Kisatchie National Forest.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that in order to better understand water availability, sustainability, and security at a national scale, the United States should prioritize the assessment of the quality and quantity of surface water and groundwater resources, and produce a national water census with the same sense of urgency that was incorporated in the "Man on the Moon" project to address the inevitable challenges of "Peak Water".

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that allocating the appropriate resources to wildland fire management is needed to protect the environment, the economy, and the people of the United States, and for other purposes.

Celebrating the anniversary of the enactment of Public Law 87-788, commonly known as the McIntire-Stennis Cooperative Forestry Act.

To extend the authorization of the Highlands Conservation Act through fiscal year 2024.

To direct the Secretary of Agriculture to convey lands of the former Fort Bayard Military Reservation in Grant County, New Mexico, to the village of Santa Clara, the city of Bayard, or the county of Grant in that State, in tracts of not less than 40 acres, and at market price at its present state of use as agricultural grazing lands as determined by the Secretary, for business and community development, and for other purposes.

To authorize the Secretary of Agriculture to use funds derived from conservation-related programs executed on National Forest System lands to utilize the Agriculture Conservation Experienced Services Program.

To require the Chief of the Forest Service to make the Forest Service First and Second Generation Modular Airborne FireFighting System (MAFFS) units available to units of the Air National Guard and Air Force Reserve that have the aircraft capability and pilot and crew member training adequate for utilizing such firefighting systems to help alleviate the shortage of air tankers to fight wildfires.

To prohibit the Secretary of Agriculture from restricting certain hunting activities in the Kisatchie National Forest, and for other purposes.

To replace the current Forest Service administrative appeals process with a pre-decisional administrative review process modeled after the successful approach used in the Healthy Forests Restoration Act of 2003, and for other purposes.

To restart jobs in the timber industry by providing for the protection of the Mexican Spotted Owl in sanctuaries.

To require the Forest Service to accommodate, to the extent consistent with the management objectives and limitations applicable to the National Forest System lands at issue, individuals with mobility disabilities who need to use a power-driven mobility device for reasonable access to such lands.

To direct the Secretary of Agriculture to establish a program to provide covered institutions loans for conversion to use of biomass for energy generation.

To provide for Federal research, development, demonstration, and commercial application activities to enable the development of farms that are net producers of both food and energy, and for other purposes.

Celebrating the 50th anniversary of the enactment of Public Law 87-788, commonly known as the McIntire-Stennis Cooperative Forestry Act.

Expressing the sense of the House of Representatives that Mr. Al Armendariz, Environmental Protection Agency Administrator for South Central Region (Region 6), is not suitable to secure domestic energy development, and, therefore should immediately resign.

Commemorating 100 years of natural resource conservation achievements made possible through the vision and leadership of Representative John W. Weeks and the enactment of the Weeks Act in 1911.

Congratulating the outstanding professional public servants, both past and present, of the Natural Resources Conservation Service on the occasion of its 75th anniversary.

Supporting the designation of the facility under development by the Stanislaus County Ag Center Foundation, in Stanislaus County, California, as the National Ag Science Center.

To establish pilot projects for agriculture renewable energy systems.

To amend the conservation provisions of the Food Security Act of 1985 to promote the conservation and improvement of the soil, water, and wildlife resources of lands containing muck soils, and for other purposes.

To support State and tribal government efforts to promote research and education related to maple syrup production, natural resource sustainability in the maple syrup industry, market promotion of maple products, and greater access to lands containing maple trees for maple sugaring activities, and for other purposes.

To provide for the conveyance of a small parcel of Natural Resources Conservation Service property in Riverside, California, and for other purposes.

To provide for the settlement of claims arising from the failure of the Natural Resource Conservation Service (and former Soil Conservation Service) to carry out the Houlka Creek Watershed Project in Mississippi.

To direct the Secretary of Agriculture to establish a program to provide covered institutions loans for conversion to use of biomass for energy generation.

Supporting the facility under development by the Stanislaus County Ag Center Foundation, in Stanislaus County, California, known as the National Ag Science Center.
